Mud is fantastic for our BRAINS! It contains Mycobacterium Vaccae which stimulates the immune system and increases the levels of serotonin in our brains. Come prepared for a MUD Run (kid’s version) obstacle course. Note: Registration information required for both child & adult participants. Cost is $15 per pair Ages: Pre-K with adult Cost: $12 per pair adult/child pair Physical Demand [2] = Activity includes up to 1/2 mile of walking on uneven terrain; no steep slopes.
