PRIVATE & SEMI-PRIVATE CLASSES: Private and Semi Private clinics are required to be paid in full for the series in which you booked with the pro. Lessons are to be taken as originally scheduled if your partner in a semi private lesson cannot make an original lesson schedule you will need to rebook or your partner will need to pay the difference of the tennis pros lesson rate. Payment is due in full prior to the start of your lesson. All future lessons are to be paid at the initial booking time. Failure to pay for your lessons in full for your booked series can result in cancellation. CANCELLATION POLICY - PRIVATE & SEMI-PRIVATE CLASSES: ProsToYou Tennis has a 24-hour cancellation policy for all private / semi-private sessions/ create your own group under any circumstances except for inclement weather. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your lesson, you'll get a full refund. If you cancel between 24 and 4 hours before, you'll get a refund minus a $20 cancellation fee. If you cancel within 4 hours before, there will be no refund. No shows to the lesson within the first 15 minutes of the lessons start time will mean the lesson is completed by the pro and will not be granted a future lesson or refund. WEATHER POLICY - PRIVATE & SEMI-PRIVATE CLASSES: Cancellation of lessons will come directly from the Tennis Professional you are scheduled to work with. Your contact information is provided via your active.com account. Cancellations from Tennis Professionals will occur via email or phone. If your semi-private or private lesson is canceled due to weather, the same weather policy for group classes will apply (see above). However, no credits or refunds will be issued for canceled classes and instead, we will schedule the class another time. If for some reason, we are unable to fulfill all paid lessons, we will offer a lesson credit toward a future schedule set of semi-private or private lessons. This credit cannot be applied to group classes.
