Culinary Arts is led by Discovery's food connoisseur, Ms. Amba. One of the big joys in life for me is taking the time to prepare a meal that rivals that which you’d have in a restaurant. I love the process of cooking, reading through, and thinking about the ingredients and cooking methods: chopping, slicing, and mis en place. I love the sizzles and steam. And don’t get me started on those magical and, yes, sometimes unnecessary kitchen tools and gadgets. Join me, Ms. Amba for a culinary experience that will tantalize your tastebuds, challenge your thinking and reasoning skills, and introduce you to seldom-used cooking methods and machines. *Please note that ingredients include dairy, wheat, eggs, meat, and shellfish.
