Local favorite, Machining U, has been upgraded this year! This program includes one week of welding and one week of precision machining, designing and building rocket launchers, with the potential to earn credits during the machining program (please see your school guidance counselor for details). This camp also includes a field trip to local manufacturing facilities. Lunch and snacks are included daily. This camp is facilitated by the Jackson Area Career Center, in partnership with JAMA and the Shop Rat Foundation. You will be sent a follow up email that includes a required step to complete the registration process.
