The Family Folk Machine will begin rehearsals for our Spring 2025 session on Sunday, January 12 at 2 pm in the Assembly Room. Our spring theme is Love: the energy that flows between us when we believe the best of each other and approach others with an open heart. The program will include songs by Kate Wolf, Sweet Honey in the Rock, R.E.M., and Greg Brown. We’ll perform a concert at the Englert on Sunday, May 4, at 3 pm.
To join us, please send an email to jean@familyfolkmachine.org. You can also just show up to our first rehearsal, but getting in touch beforehand will ensure that you receive up-to-date information about our gathering plans. Registration fees for the Family Folk Machine are $75 per adult for the semester and $50 per kid age 6 and up, with reduced fees available. The FFM is a non-auditioned ensemble, and everyone is welcome.
