Description
Intensity: LowThis class is focused on strength and conditioning, using high intensity workouts to keep your heart rate up. Classes will vary by instructor, but expect a medium intensity workout in shallow, mid, or deep water.
Please note the location of your class when enrolling.
Please check in with customer service when you arrive and head to the pool deck. Participants should check in with instructor to be checked in on class roster.
Classes can be cancelled due to instructor availability, weather, or pool conditions. Please check the Rainout Line (extension 40) for day-of updates. A direct link to register for Rainout Line updates can be found at icgov.org/pools.
