This activity is closed to further registration.
This yin style yoga class focuses on strengthening and lengthening the deep connective tissues of each area of the body. Chairs and props are used to support muscles and aid in further stretching. Class includes a posture check and a recommendation of poses based on your alignment deficiencies. Customers must be able kneel, sit and lay on the mat. Mats straps and blocks will be provided. You may bring your own. We also encourage customers to bring a wool or cotton blend blanket for extra support. Register 7 days in advance.
