Description
A fitness assessment helps you set a benchmark in your fitness journey. It helps VMCC Personal Trainers recommend classes and/or develop a specific program tailored to your goals.
Once registered the participant will be contacted within 3 business days to set an appointment for the assessment. The customer and Trainer will select 4 of the following benchmarks:MeasurementsBody CompositionCardio TestingStrength TestingBalance TestingFlexibility TestingPosture CheckFor more information email fitness@ighmn.gov or call 651-554-3420.Hi!
