Description
This will be an instructed program to get you ready for swimming fitness. Participant must be able to swim 50 meters. This program would be ideal for individuals: -getting ready to take advanced lifesaving programs with physical standards to be met in the water. -who need to build endurance and physical fitness for any sport -looking for stroke correction.
