Description
Aqua Groove – Water Fitness for Seniors – Our Aqua Fitness class will include a variety of cardiovascular movements such as: jogging, leg kicks, body twists, arm stretches, and other dance-like movements. You will use the resistance of the water to improve cardiovascular fitness, endurance and flexibility. All to a creative choreography designed to promote fun exercise in an energetic environment. The Aqua Fitness class for Seniors is offered in 3 sessions on Saturdays for a total of 4 classes per session. The class will take place on Saturday’s from 8:30 am – 9:15 am. Cost: $17 residents; $23 non-residents.
Session I - June 15, 22, 29, July 6, 2024Session II - July 13, 20, 27 August 3, 2024 Session III - August 10, 17, 24, 31
Request for refunds must be made in writing and emailed to: parksrec@cityofinglewood.org prior to the start of the class or session.
Request for refunds will be issued less a 15% processing fee for each class/session refunded. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for refunds.
