Description
The Nature of Trees
Trees are all around us in many different forms. But what makes them so special? How can we tell the difference between species? And why are they so important? Join a naturalist at Holliday Park Nature Center to learn about different native trees in the park and learn how to identify them! Then join us for a hike where we can see the tree of the week up close and personal. This will be a series of hikes covering the following: How to Identify Trees, Oaks, Maples, Pawpaw, Sycamore, and Black Walnut. Ages 12+.
