T'ai Chi Chih is Meditative Movement based on ancient principles of encouraging energy flow throughout the mind and body. It's especially calming and enhances your flexibility and balance. It can be done standing or in a chair. Please bring a water bottle.
Taught outside at SWIFT PARK in Hockessin (weather permitting; otherwise, inside at Hockessin Recreation Center).
