Instructor: Lisa Jennings Join us this May for a heartfelt 3-hour Healing Arts session honoring the nurturing power and peacekeeping strength of mothers, mentors, aunts and friends. Whether celebrating your own maternal energy or honoring someone who embodies that spirit in your life, this creative, reflective gathering offers a space to explore the beauty of resilience, compassion, and the quiet strength that fosters peace. We’ll begin with a calming guided meditation, envisioning the grounding roots and peaceful branches that symbolize those who nurture and protect. Then, using mixed media techniques, we’ll create a unique tribute artwork embody the strength and peace within these figures. Whether you come to honor a mother, caregiver, or the nurturing force within yourself, this class invites you to create, reflect, and celebrate the spirit of those who cultivate peace and love in our world. All materials provided. No prior art experience necessary — just an open heart and a willingness to create. Let’s honor the roots and branches that uphold us all.
