Learn to defend yourself with confidence in this interactive program which provides practical, effective, and simple self-defense techniques to defend yourself against an attack. Men and women welcome! These workshops are instructed by Officer Mike Rossini of the Hawthorn Woods Police Department and Kera, owner of Lake Zurich Family Martial Arts.Lake Zurich Family Martial Arts is located at 215 S Rand Road, Lake Zurich, IL 60047, next to Tacos El Norte.
