Aqua Yoga
Tuesdays, 6:15- 7:15 pm
Enjoy all the fun and benefits of Yoga, just add water! This class focuses on increased flexibility, balance and strength, while staying cool in the pool! In this class you will enjoy flowing through and holding a variety of yoga poses, while synchronizing breath to movement. The water relaxes the muscles and supports balance. Class concludes with a free float for relaxation. Instructor Charna Moore. Meets at Potterfield Pool. Ages 18+.
