Description
Inspired Movement (Adaptive Dance)
Thursdays, 10:50-11:50am
Individuals will explore music, movement, and body-awareness, as well as learn to express themselves through movement in a safe-environment. All skills will be adapted to your particular physical needs. All ability levels are welcome! Ages 21+. $70/6 weeks, drop-in $12.
