Dance, shake, and enjoy the groove in the comfort of your own home during this virtual class via Zoom. Join us for our dance fitness series and have fun dancing your way to better health. Enjoy easy to follow dance and fitness moves choreographed to upbeat music from around the world. This is a great way to achieve your health goals. This class puts the FUN in fitness! Led by licensed Zumba instructor Charna Moore.
Charna Moore is a Licensed Zumba and Zumba Gold Instructor and Certified ACE Group Fitness Instructor.
