Location: Grover Beach Community Center
Please Note: 4 classes this month on April 8, 15, 22, 29; No class April 1Spend time combining Chen, Yang, and Sun style Tai Chi forms. Classes will include warm ups, Tai Chi, balance exercises, and cool downs. This is a class is for active adults seeking to improve balance, flexibility, and mental focus. Participants must be able to stand for up to 30 seconds unaided.Instructor Dr. Kathryn Phelan will facilitate this ongoing class utilizing programs developed byDr. Paul Lam, including Tai Chi for Arthritis, Diabetes, and Rehabilitation.
