Description
Join our highly experienced Pilates instructor for a great total body toning workout that focuses on key muscle groups, posture and core strength. The classes offer many modifications, all levels of fitness are welcome. We supply mats and bolsters and pilates props.
Pilates is held at the Livingston Activity Centre. This session includes 8 classes. No class April 24th or May 22nd.
