Description
This class will begin with a complete warm up, include strength, toning and balance and end with a stretch and relaxation component. Trisha, our highly experienced fitness instructor will bring her unique touch to this class and make it perfect for all fitness levels.
This class is 10 weeks and will be held at the Livingston Activity Centre.
