Description
Focus is on muscle concentration while strength training, balancing and increasing heart rate with more rapid movements. Variations and modifications are cued consistently to offer many options while sitting or choosing to stand.
Intensity: Low/Gentle to Moderate
This 10 week block of Monday Only classes will be held in the Livingston Activity Centre Auditorium.
