Description
With a focus on building your strength, muscle tone, cardio, endurance and balance, this 15 circuit training class using interval training concepts will leave you inspired to continue. Class ends with a stretching and relaxation component. A fun, great workout for everyone! Modifications given for the entire class.
This class is 7 weeks and will be held at the Livingston Activity Centre.
