GMAC provides an opportunity for all swimmers, regardless of age or ability, to reach their highest personal potential as both a person and athlete. We will emphasize individual and team growth by guiding participants through an aquatics program that stresses a thorough knowledge of the sport, a healthy lifestyle and spirit of sportsmanship in a safe environment.
