About this event
Description
This new yoga class is a great start for beginners or if it's been a while since you've practiced. The instructor will help guide you through simple breathing techniques and proper form with the help of blocks and straps. Come to learn, play and maybe even break a sweat in a supportive environment. All bodies welcome.
