Description
Welcome to our Aerial Yoga class, where the ancient practice of yoga meets the exhilarating experience of aerial arts. This unique class takes traditional yoga poses off the mat and into the air, using aerial hammocks to support and deepen your yoga practice. Discover a new dimension of yoga as you find balance, flexibility, and a sense of weightlessness in the aerial silk cocoon. Students should dress in yoga attire, with hair pulled back. Bring a mat and water. NO CLASS 7/3.
