Description
In this class you will be taken by the hand and helped in gaining back your confidence in the practice of sports. This class is a mix of Jiu Jitsu - kickboxing - and Krav Maga. You will experience and increase your endurance, strength, focus and mental health and a drastic decrease in body fat. This class is geared toward beginners.
