Description
Tai chi is intrinsically connected to nature, so let’s get outdoors! In a beautiful natural setting, we will start out with 30+ min. of easy-to-follow qi gong, then explore different aspects of tai chi, such as balance, footwork, flow, breathing. This is a relaxing, stress-free practice; we will not teach any new moves, but rather listen and flow with the beautiful environment. Open to all levels.
