Description
Mat Pilates is a low-impact workout that uses your body weight for resistance, focusing on core strength, flexibility, and overall body conditioning. This class is set to upbeat music to give you a boost!
Participants should wear comfortable clothing in which they can move, and bring a mat and water bottle. You are also welcome to bring light ankle weights or wrist weights, if that is something that use in your practice.
