Description
LynnFit Lite (Active Senior) This class is a 50 minute class that combines a low impact moderate cardio workout and a standing or seated muscle toning segment. Cardio marching and step touching patterns to fun music for memory building and heart and lung conditioning. Standing and seated muscle routines will build muscle strength for normal daily actives and provide beneficial balance and core strength. This is a functional Fitness class for Active Seniors.
