About this event
Description
Balance and mobility exercise program with falls prevention information, created specifically for older adults. This program was developed by Vancouver Coastal Health.
This class is recommended by doctors and physiotherapists, and will help:
- Improve your functional mobility
- Increase lower body strength
- Improve balance
- Reduce fall risk
No classes on statutory holidays.
