Apply now to be a vendor at City of Gaithersburg's Oktoberfest 2024. $20 non-refundable application fee along with a fully submitted application is required to be considered for all vendors; alcohol, food, merchant/business, artist/crafter/commercial crafter & non-profits.) If selected additional vendor fees apply. Application deadline July 22, 2024. $35 Late fee applied after July 22nd. The 31st annual Oktoberfest returns to transform the Kentlands in Gaithersburg, with multiple stages of live entertainment featuring traditional Bavarian music; dancing, along with local, regional & national talent. Fall-themed activities for families, a Business Expo, Artisans, Beer, Non-Alcoholic beer, Mead & Cider, and delicious food will delight attendees throughout the day. In past years this event has drawn crowds of up to 30,000.
$20 fee is non-refundable. Not all applicants are accepted. If accepted, you will be notified via email and the $20 will be counted toward the full vendor fee.
