Description
Celebrating Asian American Pacific Islander (AAPI) Heritage Month through crafts is a wonderful way to explore and honor the rich cultures and traditions within the AAPI community. Join us as we decoupage an Asian-inspired teacup and saucer and learn about the artistry and symbols that are significant in many Asian cultures.
Coffee Klatch and Crafts is all about crafts, great conversation, and enjoying a warm beverage while making new friends. We will break the ice with our "Spill the (Coffee) Beans" game and then make some wonderful themed crafts. All the materials you need and step-by-step directions will be provided. Register with friends or come make new ones as you enjoy a morning of laughs and crafts.
Admission is $10 per person. Advanced registration is strongly suggested as space is limited.
Refund Policy: Withdrawal requests received at least 7 days prior to program/event start date are subject to a $10 processing fee. No refunds will be given within 7 days of start of program/event or after program/event has started. Requests must be made in writing to CaseyComm@gaithersburgmd.gov.
