This activity is closed to further registration.
Athletic, high octane workout creates a fun and effective full-body event. There is no tricky choreography to learn. The moves are simple, athletic and easy to grasp, yet vigorous enough that you know you have had a workout!
All current City of Gaithersburg health protocols must be followed in order to attend class.
