Description
Ages 4+
Let's get Moving! Invite your Father (and son if you have one :) to a celebration of movement! This makes a great Father's Day gift, helping to explore your body through the Qigong lens. Qigong is a gentle prescriptive movement that includes stretching, breathwork, and meditative movements that will allow you to explore in ways you may never have tried before. All abilities are definitely welcome!! This can be done sitting or standing - your choice!!
