Never tried Zumba before? Just getting back into fitness? Do you wanna move to motivating music, but feel unsure about the steps? Zumba Gold is for YOU! Zumba Gold introduces easy-to-follow moves that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. What to Bring: comfortable clothes, and a bottle of water. Our highly qualified/certified instructor is excited to meet everyone and will ensure an educational, safe, and FUN experience! This FCPR Fitness class will be held at Tuscarora Recreation Center. Tuscarora Recreation Center is located at 6321 Lambert Dr., Frederick, MD, 21703 (inside of Tuscarora Elementary School). Parking & Entrance is to the side of the school, look for our FCPR signs. Staff onsite will direct you to our activity room.
