You are invited to experience the blissful combination of gentle yoga and a soothing sound bath. Hala and Nuha will guide you through a gentle yoga practice, focusing on flowing, stretching, breathing, and finding inner peace. Following the yoga session, prepare to be enveloped in a harmonious healing sound during the sound bath. Let the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, frame drum, and other instruments wash over you, melting away stress and tension. In these 90 minutes, you will experience the following: 45 Minutes of Meditation, Breathwork, and Gentle Yoga , 45 Minutes of Sound Bath. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, everyone is welcome to join this blissful journey. If you are pregnant, have a pacemaker, or a metal in your body please consult your physician before signing up for this event. What to bring: Come dressed in comfortable clothing. The temperature in the room will be cool. Bring any props, pillows, blankets, eye masks, extra layer of clothing or anything else you’d like to keep you warm and support your body while you rest on your mat. We also have some bolsters and blankets available [first come, first serve]. Bring yourself and an open mind, as every experience is unique to each individual.
