This mobility focused yoga class will help core strength along with stretching to keep joints, muscles, and spine healthy and moving well. Mobility work has many benefits and should be an essential part of daily fitness/wellness routines. All fitness levels welcome. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and water to class.
