Are you ready for the ultimate confidence infusion? Channel your inner pop diva in the original dance party workout. Blending dance with Pilates, yoga, kickboxing and strength training, one 55-minute session can burn up to 800 calories. The results? Long, lean muscles and an undeniable mood boost! We offer it all! In person classes, on-line classes or combine them and do a little of both. We are launching a new online platform that not only will offer access to classes but will also offer nutritional information and recipes. It’s an “All Access Pass” to help you reach your goals in 2024!
CARDIO SCULPT includes high-energy dance cardio, followed by strength training. POWER SCULPT blends heart-pumping bursts of dance cardio with powerful strength training, followed by a specialized toning segment. SCULPT focuses on strength training to build strong, lean muscles.
