Please read each statement. For the Exam, You must: ___ Arrive at the test site at least 15-30 minutes before the time of your scheduled exam(s). ____Bring at least one government-issued photo ID that also has your signature on it. ____If you need to reschedule your test, you must text 954-719-6767. There is a $ 30 reschedule fee until five business days before your test date. ____If you call to reschedule after five business days, you will have to pay the entire test fee to reschedule. ____If you are a NO show, you will have to pay the entire test fee to reschedule. ____If you call to cancel your test the same day, it is considered a NO show, and you will have to pay the entire test fee to reschedule. ____No Cell Phones/ Smart Devices/ Food/ Drinks/ Books or Notes Allowed in the Testing Lab. Standardized Testing: Conclusion of Nursing Core Courses Exam 1: Students are assessed in specialty content areas with HESI Proctored Exams. A student must achieve a Level 875 or higher to demonstrate competency in these areas. Failure to achieve a Level 875 or higher mandates remediation based upon these examinations. Exam 2: Students must achieve a minimum score of 85% on the Predicted Probability of Passing NCLEX-LPN category on the Comprehensive Predictor test. Any student who did not pass the HESI with a score of 875 or higher and the Probability exam with a score of 85%, their name and transcript will not be released to the Florida Board of Nursing. The student cannot sit for the NCLEX-LPN test, owing the school a balance. The tuition must be paid in full before testing.
