Drop Ins welcome! $7 paid with cash/check to instructor at class
No Class April 2 due to elections.
Come join the fun! Get a great workout while dancing to a mixture of Latin & American rhythms. With energetic music and a variety of choreography, this group dance fitness class provides great cardio and toning exercise, but feels like a party!
Please wear comfortable clothing and comfortable shoes. Please also bring a towel & water bottle.
