Description
Join us at the rec for 3 timed events which consist of swimming, bike riding, and running. This will be an indoor event. The swimming segment will take place in our lap lanes and whoever has the most laps in 15 minutes will be the winner. The running segment will take place on our treadmills. Whoever reaches the most miles in 15 minutes will win this portion. Lastly, the bike riding portion will take place on our indoor bikes and whoever has the most miles in 15 minutes will win this segment. There will be individual awards for the winners in each category and also an overall winner of all the races combined. If you are a competitor, this is the event for you!
