Description
*Please note that these classes will now take place at the Stacy C Sherwood Community Center, 3740 Blenhiem Blvd*
Get a complete workout while seated and standing for short periods while using the chair for balance. You're encouraged to explore your full range of motion while honoring your limitations. Resistance equipment provided: wear comfortable clothing and supportive shoes, and please bring a water bottle.
