McGaw YMCA Frequent Y'er ClubChallenge 4: Set and achieve a 30-day SMART goal with a Y fitness professional.The McGaw YMCA Frequent Y'er Club challenges and celebrates members who are committed to strengthening self and community through active participation at the Y. Keep your motivation fresh and deepen your engagement across our Y community as you progress in your fitness journey.
Choose a new challenge from one of our four quarterly challenge options each month and be proud of the new goals you will achieve! Plus, earn fun Y prizes along the way!
FREE for McGaw YMCA members age 14+.
Choose your challenge: Complete 1 of 4 challenges in a designated calendar month.1. Visit the Y 12 or more times in a calendar month.2. Record perfect attendance in a group fitness class.3. Conquer the 30-day step challenge.*4. Set and achieve a 30-day SMART goal with a Y fitness professional.
*Color Crew challenge of the month: Join forces with your fitness color teammates for extra incentive and celebration.
Prize: Finishers receive a McGaw Y shirt specific to their chosen fitness challenge.
