ONLY OPEN TO GYMNASTS IN OUR SCHOOL CLASSES Registrations will close on the 15th of June, no entries will be accepted after this date. Please note, all competition entries are non-refundable for any reason (including illness and injury). There are a limited number of spaces and the competitions typically sell out so please book soon to avoid disappointment. We will not be able to confirm any timings until registration has closed. This will either be by the entry deadline or when each competition is full. For now, provisional timings for the competition are 9:00AM - 7:00PM. We will be splitting the day into different sections so your gymnast/athlete will not need to attend the whole day. The sessions will be approximately 2-2.5 hours long. Gymnasts will be required to participate according to the designated times outlined in the program once sent. We won't be able to accommodate requests for rescheduling to a different time. The scale of this competition is extensive and the schedule operates on a tight timeline. Refunds will not be issued for participants who enter but are unable to adhere to the programme's schedule. The cost of the competition is £25.00 and includes entry into both trampette & vault as well as an exclusive competition t-shirt. A 20% sibling discount will be applied to the 2nd or 3rd booking. For example the cost of competition entry for two siblings will be £45.00. Please note, all gymnasts competing must have photo consent. Gymnasts will compete both apparatuses at the same level. Levels can be seen on our website/the invitation.
