Dive into self-discovery through Guided Drawing! This workshop uses a somatic approach that combines body awareness with creative expression. With your eyes closed, you'll draw intuitively, focusing on physical sensations rather than creating an image. This process can help you release tension, explore emotions, and gain a deeper understanding of yourself. No artistic experience is necessary, just a willingness to connect with your inner world through creative movement.
