The Wonderful Wizard of Oz for Kids adapted by Brendan Kelso Entering Grades 4 – 6 August 5 - 9 Mon – Thurs 9:00 – 4:00 Fri 9:00 – 5:00 (performance at 5:00 p.m.) $275/student We’re off to see the Wizard! Students will have fun with this quirky, fun, edited for kids and easy to understand version of L Frank Baum’s classic story. Our Marla Eichmann Studio theater will be converted to the Land of Oz by our students. In one week, students will audition, rehearse, and perform THE WONDERFUL WIZARD OF OZ FOR KIDS adapted by Brendan Kelso. Students will learn about auditioning, character creation, blocking, stage directions, acting techniques, set and costume design and team work. Students will perform for family and friends on Friday at 5:00 p.m.
