Crystal Lake School is happy to offer a brand new club to sixth graders! The Stock Market Club is for those who want to learn all about investing in stocks. The program will be taught by Mr. Garant (known as Mr. G. to students), a paraprofessional at Crystal Lake School who has over twenty years of experience in the field of accounting and investing. Students will have the opportunity to invest “play money” on a live platform, and compete with students at other schools. Mr. Garant will also teach students many interesting topics such as net worth, portfolio management, compounding of money, and much more! Location; Room 160. Dates: Wednesday - 11/15, 12/6, 12/20, 1/3, 1/17, 1/31, 2/14, 2/28, 3/20, 4/3, 4/17, 5/1 Time: 3:20-4:20pm Instructor: Mr. Garant Maximum of 8 students.
