Yoga strengthens the body, improves flexibility, increases relaxation, and reduces stress. Come experience all the benefits of a yoga practice through movement sequences, breathing techniques, and meditation. This class is open to students with no prior yoga experience or those looking to deepen their current practice. Bring your own mat and blocks or borrow them onsite.
