Description
Experience the benefits of yoga with the security of a chair! Increase strength, flexibility and balance through standing and seated postures. Yoga helps to relieve tension and promotes an overall sense of well-being. This class will focus on specific form and functionality of seated yoga poses as well as chair assisted standing yoga poses.
Class conducted in the Fitness Center building of the 50+ Center.
