NEW ART Classes Watercolor with Mostafa TorabiBack by popular demand! About Mostafa: He was born in 1941 in Shiraz, Iran. Mostafa earned his master's degrees in physics and meterology from Tehran University in 1968 and then served in the Iranian Meteorological Organization. He learned water color paintings under the mastery of the late Sumbat Der Kiureghian who was the most celebrated watercolor painter in his country. He attended the School of Art at Tehran University and was influenced by both western and eastern artistic styles and studied many master painters.
Class Meets: Fridays, 6-7-2024 - 6-28-2024 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm
Watercolor Supply List: You only need a small amount of equipment to get started! A few colors, paper, a few brushes, and a plastic palate or paper plate will work.Paint: Ultramarine Blue, Alizarin Crimson, Indian YellowBrushes: 1/4” long flat, 1/2 “ long flat, 1/2” bristle brush. (Long bristles)Paper: Students quality to experiment on and Arches (140 lb.) medium texture.
